Can we make 'search for people' easier to find and use?

I'm meeting members on different platforms but I struggle to find them on TR and connect that way. Only once in a while do I stumble onto the 'search for people' link and succeed. The 'Find People' link in the profile drop down is, to me, a very strange place for this link: https://www.trustroots.org/search/members

Describe the solution you'd like a field to find people should be in a number of places. ideas:

• under the 'search' on top menu, there could be 2 drop down choices: 1. map 2. people
• when on the map search page, under 'search places' field, there could be a 'search people' field
• also, as described in other issue here on GH (https://github.com/Trustroots/trustroots/issues/2577) when logged in, the first module someone should see is a search module, with both 'map' and 'people' fields on it.
