Limitless Shifter Aspects

In the same vein as your Limitless Hunter Focus ability, I'd like an option for a Limitless Shifter Aspects ability. It'd be roughly the same power level, as they're both scaling-duration abilities that become limitless at 20. In the meantime, I'll be using a placeholder and adding it by hand.

And the best news; This is super easy, because the BlueprintFeature that makes them free is already separated from their other level 20 effects.

Looks like it also makes their Wild Shapes free, but since 99% of the time you'd take Master Shapeshifter first, I don't think that's a big deal.
