Chain infusion tweak

Hey,

As usual so mana thanks for the various and regular additions!

A question more than a request : as of now chain infusion can be used with lightning and thunderstorm elements as it should. Would it be a thing to spread it to air (and composites plasma/blizzard etc...)? Air has arguably the worst forms infusions and it would compliment rather nicely and air elemental Scion, with new ways to apply some substance effects too.

Imho chain is quite high level so it would not be that unbalanced.
