Error Loop Just Before Initializing Configuration
I'm having an issue during my initial attempt at setting up the server, just before generating the server config. It appears to be an issue with locating a Wine dll, but I'm not really very knowledgeable about Docker and Wine. After it exits with error code 5, it just restarts and continuously loops failing and restarting.
I am running on Windows 11 24H2 on Docker 4.47.

I'm on the following setup: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core 32 GB RAM Windows 11 24H2 build 26100.7171 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.265.0 Docker Desktop 4.47.0 (206054) Engine: 28.4 Compose: v2.39.4-desktop.1

Hit the same error when building the image from the Dockerfile from the repo instead of Dockerhub. Also same behavior on display branch and commit 4e5453da4d2043cc17dcaf581ab30dd85d63621e. Winehq branch gave a slightly different error (installation process cut out for the sake of brevity)
