Various explorer issues:

1. Names in the history display no longer works 2 Go to chart view for trueblocks wallet
   • Locate the DAI chart, click on history
   • Should show DAI records, which it does, but it shows empty placeholders for all non-DAI records.
2. Load full history for TrueBlocks wallet
   • Hit end key
   • Should go to the last downloaded record - instead it goes to the last record on the given page -- not correct
   • If the entire history is not downloaded it should go to the last downloaded record as it used to
   • If the entire history is downloaded, it should go to the last record in the last page
   • It used to go to the last page plus one and show a page full of placeholders
3. Show full history of TrueBlocks wallet
   • Select the Export to CSV tab (or any other export type)
   • Downloads no records
4. Footer of the entire display used to show links to GitHub, Twitter, Discord and our Website as well as some information about TrueBlocks, but is now empty
5. I don't detect the same "Laggyness" we were seeing a few weeks ago. If this is still an issue, you can write an issue and we can explore later.
6. Hide 'compressedLog' in MiniTab Events tab
7. 'Collapse' (in the same way you did on the Functions MiniTab - articulatedLog on the Events tab
8. Pagination control on the bottom of History display does not work
9. Go to the last page (easier to fix issue XX first), press the down arrow key. The highlight bar goes past the end of the list of transactions unless there are exactly seven on display
10. Number of records on the page does not change when a new value is selected.
11. Multichain selector is missing in upper right corner
12. We would like a Gas Usage page
