Pagination is odd in history view

• Load full history for TrueBlocks wallet
• Hit the end key
• Should go to the last downloaded record - Instead it goes to the last record on the current page -- this is not correct

If the entire history is not downloaded it

• should go to the last downloaded record as it used to If the entire history is downloaded
• it should go to the last record in the last page

It used to go to the last page plus one and show a page full of placeholders
