chifra slurp - show all available sources in chifra slurp --help

When I do

chifra slurp --help 2>&1 | grep key

I get

One of [ etherscan | key ] (default "etherscan")

It should say

One of [ etherscan | key | covalent | alchemy ] (default "etherscan")

You can fix this with

make -j 12 && make generate

After editing the file ../src/dev_tools/goMaker/templates/cmd-line-options.csv (search for ,source,)

It will update the READMEs, help files, command line help, etc.
