getBlocks_redir_output_append.txt for example grabABI_redir_output_append.txt is another example

I didn't want to fix this in the C++ code, but we can see it in the above test file.

Slightly un-related, but chifra when --output is not implemented. Once we move to StreamMany for all, the tests cases will fail.
