Crashes on Load

For me the programm crashes after i click all the boxes (i use 5.40)

it loads like maybe 100-250 songs, than it crashes without any reason

As a workaround, I opened Process Explorer and manually suspended the main thread, then it updated at the background successfully... BTW, I have 9667 songs. I don't know whether there is enough time (> 10 seconds) to suspend it for others ...
