node-triton should expose default network

Currently, I only know how to get this with triton cloudapi /my/config.

It would be nice if triton network list or triton network list -l would indicate which network was default.

Other commands that would be helpful:

• triton network get default
• triton network set default

[trentm]

PUBAPI-1292 might be covering this case.
