The bookmarklet doesn't work with the Spanish version of Kindle (https://leer.amazon.es/notebook)

Hello.

I think you should add, at least, the domain of the Spanish version of Kindle, so the bookmarklet can be used in Spain.

The URL for comments and notes in Amazon.es is https://leer.amazon.es/notebook

Same for German. Amazong changed the urls. Instead of read.amazon.de, the highlights are now at lesen.amazon.de, where "lesen" is the German word for "read".
