[Yasr] Support RawGraphs

RawGraphs is a UI on top of D3 and looks quite promising. They're busy with a new release (see https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/rawgraphs-2-0-a-web-app-for-data-visualization#/updates/all)

@LaurensRietveld we at Zazuko sponsor the development with a large sum and part of the idea is that we can use that within Yasgui. In other words happy to bridge here, we already agreed that the visualization part needs to be a component that can be used independent of the whole RAWgraphs application itself.
