Spells Area - Allow restrict areas by Wmo Area ID

Description

• Some aura spells need to be restricted just to a WMO area instead the whole area. Because blizz restrict the behaviour to these boundaries.

Check how the Guardian Aura for Dwarf is applied when you enter in Tomb, but the Tomb is just a WMO Area Id

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Try create a spell_area with WMO area id as filter. You can't
