Add ESC7 Detections

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe it: Yes. Locksmith does not currently check for ESC7 issues. This is a problem.

Describe the solution or enhancement you would like: Start identifying ESC7 issues.

Describe alternatives you've considered: "Doing nothing" is an alternative.

Additional context: Certify and Certipy do this already!
