Rename repo to aspnetcore-angular-universal

It's clearer than that 2 there, since this repo supports even Angular 5. 😄

For a moment when I first saw the repo, I almost didn't open it 'cause I was thinking it only supports Ng 2.

Also, the package.json package name could be renamed to match the repo name.

@MarkPieszak ... easiest option is cloning this repo into a new name and putting a link in README.md to the new repo. Hacky but seems like a good quick fix solution
