Don't reload page on tab/panel reorganisation/resizing/moving around

For moving tabs between halves of the app, I don't think there's anything I can do about it with the way that Obsidian deals with tabs, unfortunately.

For just resizing halves, it shouldn't reload the page. If it does, reopen this issue.

Actually, I'll keep it open and just put the help-wanted tag. I really don't think it's possible to keep track of the content between tabs because it destroys the tab and recreates a new one... but maybe someone could do it somehow

To add to this, Obsidian already refreshes opened pdfs when the tab is moved between halves of the screen. So this seems like it would be expected behavior
