Implements use of the ClickThroughBlocker mod, which prevents clicks in KAC's windows from falling through to elements behind it.

I didn't bump the version number; I'm not sure what the right procedure is for that.

Heya, Unfortunately I cant implkement this as it stand as as it creates a hard dependency on the clickthroughblocker dll which I wont be including in me ditributions. If its recoded to use a wrapper style method like the toolbar or other cross assembly stuff thats in this mod and a few others I could have a look atr it, but for now will have to park it
