Max download since 8.2.1?
Since 8.2.3 I see my download maximized arround 33.6 KBs for more then one uploader. I have fiber with 400/400 and until 8.1.3 I had uploaders giving me sometimes 4 MBs. Since more then one uploader give me the same max upload, I geuss it is now limited like the option suggests, but Imy Download limit is UNLIMITED, so ???
This might just be random chance and "normal", or this might be broken. It's hard to say.
We'll do an investigation to see if there is anything wrong.
Just now I started tribler, because of the above the download took to long. Now the download is again at 2,5 MB/s, but the in the Library screen, at selected download, the statistics all show 0 up and 0 down-load. But taskmanager shows download and upload speed. When I select a download and select peers I do see seeders giving me downlods speeds as before. So very weird? Also the status is not progressing.
Thanks for the screenshot. That is clearly wrong; no investigation needed.
After the downloads where finished, I restarted and after this restart, uploading statistics where shown.

Today all went fine and downlOds fineshed aall within 5 minutes have an average of 14.5MB/s. I have no idea what yesterday every upload was arrounf 30 KB/s , I wish I had taken a screenshot. Will do next time.
@egbertbouman do you think the mismatch between peer stats and download stats could be related to #8784? It sounds similar.
I'm not sure, it sounds more like https://github.com/Tribler/tribler/issues/8763.
Can https://github.com/Tribler/tribler/issues/8763 and https://github.com/Tribler/tribler/issues/8705 can be re-prioritized to 8.4 so that new release 8.3 can happen earlier.
