Add option for adding contacts to groups

Is it possible to extend the functionality of this awesome app to add people to a group chat rather than open a 1:1 chat?

That would be a very useful addition indeed, however as far as I know there is no api (from WhatsApp) to do that :(

The only workaround I know is to set a link for the group (https://faq.whatsapp.com/en/android/26000123/) and send that link by opening the 1:1 chat with the app.

I'll keep his issue open in case someone knows a workaround.
