the native filepicker can't be done

Done the progress dialog and reverted the wizard, as I have no way of testing that(maybe add it later)

@ZekeZDev do we still need this? There was no update on this for some time.

I do remember @ZekeZDev pinged some users when we discussed this exact PR.

This may also affect the desktop mode. Can you test it out? We detect if the steam deck is based on the value of the `XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP` environment variable.

Status update: - nix fails because it doesn't pull the submodules - and all other stuff fails because it can't find the SDL2 header files

Thinking about closing this in favor of other external tools that add this.
