bug: Refresh button doesn't work

Describe the bug
First step: use the filter to filter the list
Second step: click the refresh button, you can see the filter still stores the condition, but the overall list has been refreshed.
As I understand it, it works in two possible ways:
When clicked, it displays all items and clears any applied filters.
Alternatively, it can refresh and display all items that still meet the current filter criteria. This may be necessary in cases where some items have been processed or their status has changed, but we do not yet see the updated data in real time.
Can you confirm which is the intended feature

I believe the best user experience for this would be to keep the filters when refreshing, and just update the list
