Error message after installing Mazada Tweek AIO

I am using Windows 10 and have downloaded MZD-AIO-TI_Setup_2.8.6_Win32.exe and installed the program, but when I open it I get the following message, (as per the attached file) Error message

  • although I can view the screen and nothing seems to work. All I actually want to do is to add Android Auto to my Mazda system, but that doesn't seem to appear in the list of tweeks either. Can you help? Error message
