On Android Auto tweak, GPS shows fine on screen but the "Media Playing" section never shows anything, even when music is playing?

I play music from my Samsung S20 FE via Bluetooth. When I connect USB to my car for Android Auto, it works all fine, however, the media section is always blank and never shows what song is playing. I use PowerAmp as my music player, if that matters. Any ideas? Note: It shows fine on the default Mazda entertainment player. Car is a CX-5.

I'm having the same issue. Looking for an answer. When Android Auto is running, Music player freezes. Not changing the UI according to current playing song. This happens only when android auto connected
