I am getting the below error in my Windows laptop when I try to start the program.

thanks, airplane mode did not help in my case...but as I'm using wired connection' I disable the network adapter... Indeed IT DO THE TRICK !!!

As [panapol-p] said : disconnecting from internet before loading MZD-AIO-TI is the workaround...

Also seeing this issue occur on Mac OS Ventura. Disconnecting from the internet also seems to be the right workaround for now
