More trackpad friendly UI

TrenchBroom 2019.6 Release, Windows 10 x64

I sometimes use TrenchBroom on the go, but moving around with a trackpad (in my case, a Windows Precision trackpad) is difficult to impossible. Having preferences that accomodate a laptop setup where I can use keyboard keys or multi-touch gestures to replace having to press-and-hold the right or middle mouse buttons would be a significant quality-of-life improvement.

Thanks!

FWIW I sometimes build test maps on a macbook pro (2013, the trackpad surface still physically clicks down) with just the internal keyboard+trackpad. It's reasonably usable, the only trick is taking advantage of the fact that you can right click on macOS by holding Ctrl, and TrenchBroom doesn't use the mac Ctrl key otherwise. So "mouselook" works by holding a finger of my left hand on Ctrl, clicking down the trackpad with a thumb of my right hand, and using a finger of my right hand to drag on the trackpad to look around. Can add a left hand finger on Alt while doing this to orbit,

The mac trackpad's momentum scrolling and the fact that it's very fine grained make flying the camera forwards/back very fluid.

The suggestions in #969 look good, we just need to figure out exactly what we can do and get user testing. 3 finger gestures (left, right, up) on my mac are used by the OS (switch spaces, mission control) so those might be out.

I think I have used the two-finger click + drag gesture on my MacBook to emulate right drag also.

It's currently impossible to pan/orbit on a touchpad that lacks buttons. Mine for instance is a two finger right click which seems to not register on anything that uses right mouse button (blender, etc)

Like really just give me a key I can press so I can pan at all 😆
