Arrow LEFT/RIGHT keys do not work

Imagine you were typing a command and made a small mistake at the beginning. Because the Arrow LEFT/RIGHT keys do not work, a user has to delete and retype the whole command, while he could've just went to the beginning of command with Arrow keys and change just a couple of letters
