Linting suggestions - add a way to hide/show them

Thank you for this plugin! It's wonderful, and very helpful.

One thing that would help a writer is some way to temporarily hide the linter's suggestions while editing, even after saving.

My use case is that I write blog posts in VS Code, and at first I want to just write and get what I want to say out. This extension would be most helpful for me as next step - the editing phase.

As it is, with the extension enabled, my file is full of the things the linter is flagging. This is helpful, but not while I'm drafting initially. As I write, hit save, write, and hit save, the suggestions in my editor is causing me to want to edit, which is making it difficult to get the first draft done.

Right now the only work around is to just disable the plugin entirely, and re-enable it when I want to go into "edit mode". It works, but it's a bit of a bummer.

What would be super helpful is some kind of command palette option to hide the linter suggestions. That is, you could hit CMD+Shift+P, and you could invoke Write Good: Hide Suggestions or Write Good: Show Suggestions. Or something like that.

Thank you again for a wonderful plugin!
