On Windows the spellcheck prompt appears but selecting a corrected spelling does not change the word in the file

This is a great plugin, but I keep encountering this issue across all my projects in .markdown files. I have the latest version of the plugin and VS Code. However, I cannot get the spell check to actually replace the word.

Help!

There isn't a replacement method for this plugin. It just provides suggestions, not any fixes for the items. I can't speak to interactions related to spellcheck though, is it the spelling that you expect to replace?
