Different PID values for heater/bed

It looks like heater and bed use the same (default-) PID values. That does not make much sense since they have quite different physical behavior and thus demand individual settings. There should be DEFAULTs for bed and extruder. Other heaters should be preset to (say) [5, 0, 0] in order to get s starting point for manual or Ziegler–Nichols tuning.
