DSM 7, cpu freq back to max every some time

Hi, I'm installing xpenology dsm 7 in my old amd athlon ii x3, noticing that cpu always at full speed (3ghz), and then i found this script. I try to install it..it working for some time, buat after that cpu back to max speed..can you tell me what I missed?.. thx
