Gestures do not work on the Windows 10 multitasking UI/Timeline (Win+Tab)

I want to simulate a middle-click on a touchscreen to close the window in Timeline (Win+Tab) but with no effect. The same gesture works for other applications and sends normal middle-click command. Is there a workaround or fix for this issue? Thanks in advance.
