Add "GestureSign - Control Panel" command

It would be nice to be able to set a gesture that opens the GestureSign Control Panel, just like there is a gesture that enables/disables GestureSign and gestures that open other programs.

I find a way to open the setting vision, add a new gesture to open program, and select the GestureSign.exe the link in your fold.
