Modifier key option

Open gitguys opened this issue 7 years ago • 1 comments

I'm using this with a Dell touchpad and it's working great. I've set it by using your Mouse Gesture option and drawing various gesture patterns with my index finger. However, the only way I can get it to work is by using the right button while drawing which can be a little awkward. I hold down the right button with my thumb while I draw the gesture on the trackpad with my index finger.

Please add the option to use a different modifier key such as the Control key or Alt key, for example. That way I can figure out the best modifier key that's most comfortable while drawing gestures. I prefer this method over using multiple fingers to draw, etc.

It's working great as is, but adding a modifier key option would really complete this great utility.

Thank you.

Any update on this feature?

I used a Macbook for a month and really got used to the multi-touch gestures on it. I also used an app called BetterTouchTool which was just amazing. On getting back to windows, I was able to replicate all the multi-touch gestures from Mac. Except one feature- using a modifier key. This will increase the productivity and utility of this app multi-folds. Please definitely consider adding this feature. Good work on the app by the way!
