Update to .NET6 to support Windows ARM

Hello. In order to support Windows ARM, we should upgrade framework to .NET6. I've made some progess in my branch. It just works but lacks some detail fixes.

image As you can see the Listary is 32bit compatible mode while the GestureSignDaemon is in ARM64 native mode now.
