Publish gradle-docker to the Gradle Plugin Portal.

It would be great to see this plugin up on the new Plugin Portal so it can be applied using the new (in Gradle 2.1+) plugins closure.

Hey guys, any news on v1.3? I am trying to migrate a project to the "new" (Gradle 2.1+) DSL and this is the only plugin not supporting it due to it not being on the Gradle plugin portal.
