Please check for a duplicate first

  • [X] I have checked the issue tracker if my bug has already been fixed or answered in another (possibly closed) issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue

To be honest, I've used my computer for nearly a week, without a power cut. So, here are some of the probable reasons why this issue happened. First, set timezone to China(+8), then reset to Japan(+9) (region is set to China, because I live there now). Then, open a couple of applications, such as Microsoft Edge, Word, Excel (A). Just a few. Then open some applications that full-screened to display, such as Premiere Pro, Console(cmd), and so on.(B) After that, click the apps A, then lick the icon of apps B from the taskbar. You can see a white line shown on the upper site of the taskbar.

Expected results

All the same, no white lines.

Actual results

An obvious white line.

Windows version

Windows 10 2004-22H2 (builds 19041-19045)

Other details

I can give you some steps recorded by 步骤记录器(I don't know the precise translation, sorry), and a dmp file saved after the recording process. Steps.zip TranslucentTB.zip, TranslucentTB.z01.zip, TranslucentTB.z02.zip Attention: delete the .zip of TranslucentTB.z01.zip and TranslucentTB.z02.zip, then try to unzip it. you should have TranslucentTB.zip``TranslucentTB.z01``TranslucentTB.z02 under same folder, ot it cant be unzipped.
