[Bug]: TranslucentTB does not go transparent and is just like how it is normally but colored

Steps to reproduce the issue
- Run app
- go into a maximised window
Windows 11 24H2 build 26100.2314
Expected results
for it to actually be transparent
Actual results
it was infact not transparent
Windows version
Windows 11 Insider builds (builds 22623 and up). Please mention exact build.

I can confirm this. With any settings - taskbar does not change color or opacity after recent Windows update Winver: 23H2 (OS Build 22631.4460)

I can also confirm this. Not matter what settings are set. The taskbar does not change opacity or do anything. Same Winver: 23H2 (OS Build 22631)

Can you add information such as network speed and CPU usage? I used https://github.com/cgbsmy/TrayS/ before. It's a pity that the author stopped updating and it is not compatible with win11. Can you port these features over? I think these features are very good.
The latest update of Windows: Version 24H2 OS Build 26100.2314 fixes this issue. Magic 🪄

I have the same issue on W11 23H2 OS Build 22631.4751. TranslucentTB is set to open at boot and I have to manually restart Windows Explorer from Task Manager every time I boot the PC for the taskbar to go from the default to transparent.
