Looks like a network issue. You could try switching to a different WiFi or a mobile network. Lemme know if this works.

I am currently in Mainland China, and it seems that the Great Firewall is causing the issue. Typical VPN solutions are evidently not suitable for the current situation. I have not yet found a solution, but I will update here once I do.
