MTConnect demo server moved

The dashboard's AddDevice can't manually add the MTConnect demo device because agent.mtconnect.org is now moved to smstestbed.nist.gov/vds/

I'm guessing that the old address sends a 301/302 redirect message which the dashboard does not handle.

Turns out the redirect is handled OK but the device hardcoded in the dashboard, VMC-3Axis, is no longer published. "Mazak03" on the other hand is currently a valid device name.

@ltomuta Thanks for letting me know about the issue. It looks like you are correct in that the "VMC-3Axis" that is used as the default DeviceName was changed and should be one of the others such as "Mazak03".

I updated this repo a few months ago and the redirect was one of the issues that was fixed. I will add this device name change and update the repo.
