Support multiple tag creation with emojis

I tried to use a utf-8 style emoji, in particular a 🐢 emoji for one of my tags. It didn't work very well. i set up three tags at once, all with emoji at the end. only the last tag was captured with its emoji properly.

When manipulating tags, we should handle multiple tags with emojis properly.
