Add support for http proxy protocol

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I began using PowerTunnel to access blocked websites. It works great. Now I want to extend its capabilities to TC so that I can continue to disable certain apps from accessing internet. The simplest way seems to be to use PowerTunnel in proxy server mode. But it only supports http proxy.

Describe the solution you'd like The simplest solution seems to be to use PowerTunnel in proxy server mode. I would like TC to add the option of selecting a proxy protocol (SOCKS5/HTTP) so that I can use TC along with the features of PowerTunnel to unblock websites.
