Tracker library detection failed

All of my apps show Tracker library detection failed and app requests me to report to developer. Version 2023.01.31-f-droid. EMUI 3.1 Mediapad X1.

I'm not sure what would be helpful to you. It was working fine until my WiFi developed the "Saved, secure" unable to connect syndrome. After trying all the usual fixes, I found a blog post that suggested a Factory Reset. It turned out that the actual cause was an AT&T router update changing the WPA settings. When I set them back to WPA 1 & 2, I was able to connect again, so I wiped my tablet for nothing. So I've been in the process of reinstalling all my apps to get it back to where it was before the reset, but now Tracker Control is giving this error message on every app in the installed apps list except for browsers and those with no internet access.
