High battery usage in background

Describe the bug There is a high battery usage in background, 511/4100 mAh (12%). Even youtube which I watch a lot in foreground uses 720 mAh. There is clearly something not right.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use the app on Huawei P30 Pro

Good morning, I'm facing the same problem:

• device: huawei p40 lite
• install method: f-droid
• version: 2023.01.31-fdroid

Before reading your message @DrSapling I was thinking it was a problem related to the android+mobile version. Now I'm sure. I've the problem on a Huawei p40 lite. And the problem appeared after latest update. I've a samsung phone for work/professional use also running TC and in that mobile everything continues running fine. Versión is the same on both devices. I don't make an intensive use of the mobile and the battery run out in half day... Thanks!

I'm also having this problem. Installed it from FDroid, running on Android 10 and has been consuming around 30% of my battery on the background. Is there any way this can be better monitored to be sure?
