[Bug] TC cannot be included in backup

Do you use TrackerControl from Google Play/F-Droid/other? F-Droid
Describe the bug There is a bug that doesn't allow backup. After I run Seedvault, I can see TC present in the "programs that do not allow backup" list. This is very unfortunate. Could you fix this?
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- run Seedvault backup
- see TC present in the "programs that do not allow backup" list
This is by design, since the configuration of the device may change on a device reset. I currently have no capacity to address this. Sorry!
Ok this is sad. I'm not really sure if I get the point of "since the configuration of the device may change on a device reset". Anyway, hope this could be fixed in the future once there is capacity. :slightly_smiling_face:
