Sending a notification if a new version of the application contains new trackers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Adding an option that after updating a given application verifies whether new trackers have been added compared to the previous version of the application.

Describe the solution you'd like The application sends notifications to the user that a new tracker has appeared with the application update. If it did not appear, the application does not inform. It could be optional for the user if I want this option.

Perhaps an interesting solution would also be adding an optional notification the other way - i.e. if the application after the update no longer contains a tracker (was removed with the update).
