RSS "content" element

Hi,

I was wondering why in rss.xml the content element was added? (https://github.com/Track3/hermit/blob/master/layouts/posts/rss.xml#L23). I don't see it listed in the official RSS specs (https://validator.w3.org/feed/docs/rss2.html), and in fact most RSS linters will emit a warning when hitting it (such as https://validator.w3.org/feed/).

It also seems like it's the only difference in the template from the Hugo's upstream one, so I was wondering if it's needed?
