Disable workflow save button if there were no changes since last save

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Its just a minor frontend/ui change Save workflow button in upper right corner is always clickable and changes workflow version, even if there were no changes since last version

Describe the solution you'd like If there were no changes, button should be grayed out and not clickable

Describe alternatives you've considered Live with it, tbh not a big problem
