[SUGGESTION] ETF/EMF Blockbench addon
Describe your suggestion... Adding a Blockbench addon for things like skin and mob development would be so helpful, I (over) create Minecraft skins in my spare time, and adding things such as ETF rendering features and texture feature GUI would be extremely helpful.
Does another mod also do this?

Does OptiFine do this?
No.
This would really help with skin and mob development, as adding the feature gui would help with out of game skin development.
