[BUG] Emissive Texture for enchanting table only works if IRIS is disabled / uninstalled

Texture for optifine-style emissives on custom book entity for enchanting table does not work unless I disable IRIS (rename to .jar.disabled) Possibly related to issue #255 ?

I toggled every setting I could think to affect this within ETF / EMF but nothing changed. Consider this posted with default settings.

Iris is enabled: (no shader pack active or even installed)

Iris is disabled: (extension changed to .disabled)
