[Request] Ability to force refresh widget

Sorry if this is already available.

I want to use MTMR to display the current mission control desktop number using yabai (cmd+f space_changed).

I don't want to set "refreshInterval": 1, for example, because 1) it will have a 1s lag and 2) it will consume more battery than I'd like.

Is it possible to do something like tell MTMR to refresh widget using osascript, for example?

I use yabai to show my workspaces and windows opened on the workspaces via emojis... currently I have to have a shell script on refresh interval 1 for each workspace.

It would be a lot more efficient to trigger a rerender using something like the osa script mentioned above.
